The project partners identified the need to upskill their VET professionals and
provide a cutting-edge methodology for fitting VET business for the future
employment of all. Considering this, the project objectives are to:
supply VET providers with a bespoke employer engagement methodology
for shaping VET-business cooperation and fostering its sustainability.
involve and upskill VET professionals in effective employer engagement
through a blended Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course
and a practical resources toolkit.
provide a set of video case studies emerging from the piloting trials,
aiming to raise awareness and reflection among VET professionals on
common challenges.
engage associated partners and key stakeholders in development,
validation, dissemination, and exploitation actions, through Local Experts’
Groups (LEGs), a community of practice and multiplier events.
boost the excellence, attractiveness and inclusiveness of VET and Work
Based Learning (WBL).
To achieve these objectives, JOBS4ALL partners expect to:
upskill 64 VET professionals in effective employer engagement through
online training sessions.
organise local expert groups with 40 members representing VET
managers and professionals, employers, associated partners and relevant
experts/stakeholders, to gather their advice and expertise in the project
results' development.
promote a community of practice engaging at least 160 participants, to
be kept involved during the project life cycle and after it ends.
interview 32 VET professionals, VET managers, VET learners and
employers, to case study their WBL experiences in video.
involve 16 associated partners and over 800 stakeholders in project
implementation and promotion.
The expected results and other outcomes of the JOBS4ALL project are:
Knowledge acquired on efficient employer engagement pathways by
partners’ organisations and other VET providers involved in the
project.
