o CEDEFOP, that contributes to the development of VET policies and
                              their implementation.
                          o The International RC2020 College Group, a not-for-profit network

of colleges that discusses global issues so that learners benefit from
                              better learning opportunities.
 Cooperation through funded projects between VET providers and

employers, which can help each other and set plans regarding the
mobility of VET learners. The participation in training activities and in
dissemination and exploitation activities in the projects allow

stakeholders having access to projects’ results, hopefully creating new
                       synergies and cooperation.

All the above-mentioned examples can open ways for work-based learning
across different countries. Learners and staff must be prepared for international

mobility before it happens, learning agreements should be agreed upon and
accommodation should be organised. Once at the WBL starts and during the
mobility, learners must be guided and supported.

International cooperation between VET providers and employers also allows
upskilled VET professionals to participate in effective employer engagement
programmes across Europe –that is one of the goals of JOBS4ALL project,
through the Continuing Professional Development programme. The world of
work is changing at different paces in different countries, and for this reason,
the visions provided by partners from different countries may be taken into
consideration so they can support each other and collaborate with other

countries to get ready for the best way possible to approach new challenges
related to work-based learning they might apply.

Finally, it is important to evaluate results to improve the quality of cooperation.
This should be done by regularly monitoring the implementation of the
partnerships, using quantitative and qualitative indicators to access progress in

direction to the goals, getting feedback from participants, controlling the
number of people involved and analysing any other relevant mobility data.

Here we present other examples of measures that are taking place in the partner
countries of JOBS4ALL project regarding enhancing internationalisation
among VET providers, employers, and stakeholders.
