This methodology suggests an ideal VET-business relationship in the
contemporary context and describes the activities supporting it. Activities
described at the first level are important to shape the relationship and activities
at the second level are central to ensure VET-business sustainability.
Outlined here are each one of the two levels of the JOBS4ALL 2-level pathway
of employer engagement. For each of the three areas of the two levels, a general
theoretical background is presented together with examples of good practices
from each partner country and from other European countries.
The information presented can be used and adapted to any VET-employer
relationship.
