               internships, workshops, on-the-job training, job shadowing, talks.

               For employers, the biggest advantage of this participation in the development
               of innovative educational pathways is to identify, interview and hire potential
               employees who successfully completed a VET path.


               Next are presented examples of other activities that are already taking place in
               the partner countries of JOBS4ALL project and also in Malta regarding innovating
               educational pathways.
