What requirements they should have in order to be able to succeed in the respective profession.

Encountering an efficient cross-professional network of experiences in the most diverse professions is important to keep in mind. These include professions that have almost identical training or work bases internationally. In order to be able to deploy trainees globally, uniform training standards are required. If there is close cooperation between all those involved, learning content can be regulated to enable participation in an equal manner. Additionally, the recognition of different qualifications, could be facilitated through a standardised examination of skills and abilities.

This module aims to train VET providers to set up international cooperation between VET providers, companies and institutions. To advise employers and trainees on the strategic planning of international work-based learning initiatives and, if necessary, to deepen this knowledge through international internships. A crucial aspect of this work on vocational training programs is the early cooperation of all those involved who are interested in vocational training. This includes the teachers at secondary schools, parents, students, companies, facilities (such as hospitals, kindergartens, sales outlets, etc.) but also vocational schools and future employers. On the basis of skills, interests, experiences of the parents and school performance that are identified early on, the first professional wishes of the future trainees are formed. Promoting them is therefore the focus. It would be beneficial if the same guidelines were available at international level. Proven tests are applied.
