  • identifying digital literacy needs: this topic addresses the importance of digital literacy and how to assess and improve digital literacy levels among individuals and teams.

  • implementing digitalisation in WBL in Industry 4.0/5.0: this topic focuses on helping learners implement digitalisation in the context of Work-Based Learning (WBL) in the industry 4.0/5.0 landscape, including designing effective digital learning experiences, using digital technologies to improve learning outcomes, and developing a digital culture within organisations.

Learning objectives
